Gmail’s been around for over 10 years, but are you making the most of it?

So Gmail celebrated its 11th birthday in April this year. Unlike most human 11-year-olds, who are well on their way to being angsty, unhelpful teenagers, Gmail just keeps getting more useful.

Initially, Gmail’s USP was being the email service with almost unlimited storage. Now, it has also integrated with Google Account offerings such as Google Calendar, Google Chat and Google Drive, making it a one-stop shop for all your life admin needs.

The downside to all that capacity is that your emails could get a little chaotic. While you probably don’t need to reach the holy grail of Inbox Zero, you might well need help keeping your mum’s emails out of spam (probably), or your regrettable newsletter sign-ups away from your online dating replies (maybe).
